Cannot put up an avatar

I can't seem to put up a profile picture. I can't change it from the default picture because it will not let me click on it. In the FAQ, it says that the administrators have control of this. Can you please fix this for me if possible? Also, i am unable to change the font color on my character intro. These problems may be my own inexperience, but if you can help me i'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I will show you tomorrow in class for everything and it is probably just inexperience but its ok
